Autumn Pork Chops And Friends
Autumn Pork Chops
Trim the excess fat off of 6 pork chops.
Cut 2 medium acorn squash into 4 or 5 crossways slices
remove the seeds!
Put 3 pork chops into a slow cooker. Cover with squash slices.
Then add the other pork chops
and cover them also with squash slices.
Combine 2 tablespoons butter, 3/4 cup Brown Sugar,
3/4 teaspoon of Kitchen Bouquet,
and 1 tablespoon of Orange juice with 1/2 teaspoon
of Orange peel, grated.
Put over chops, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Serve squash with pork chops!
Have friends over and enjoy this meal with them.
Friends add to the ingredients for a nice dinner party.
