Christmas | By: Oreo Batard | | Category: Short Story - Christmas Bookmark and Share

One xmas my younger brother and sister and I gave each other something we treasured for an intire year for Christmas. We each were able to keep our gift for the whole year and we returned it the following Christmas a year later. I gave my brother my soft ball. My sister I gave my marbles. My older brother was in the Marines and he was not there to share with. I wrote him a Christmas letter. I got
a set of baseball cards from my brother and my sister gave me her doll which I used to hang when I played cowboys with my brother. We wraped our gifts in newpaper and gave them to each other Christmas morning.
We collected bottles and bought some sodas and firecrackers and candy and had a great Christmas that year. We set firecrackers off all over the neigborhood
and enjoyed our treats very much. After that we started a tradition and Christmas wasn't so sad.
