leslie dawn bagale: it is a great way to creatively express yourself without the limitations that society places upon our emotions.

When did you start writing and why?
leslie dawn bagale: at approximately the age of 6 because i was shy and reluctant about interacting one-on-one with others.

leslie dawn bagale: for 23 years.

What is the best book you have ever read?
leslie dawn bagale: too many! to name a few:all Poe-all Steinbeck books, the grapes of wrath, in particular-george orwell, animal farm was ingenious--the tailsman by stephen king, the great and secret show by clive barker, etc..

Who is your favorite author?
leslie dawn bagale: unquestionably, poe.

What is the best story you have ever written?
leslie dawn bagale: it is a combination horror/fantasy novel that i am currently working on--kind of clive barkish

What is some advice you would give new writers?
leslie dawn bagale: if it is something that you feel compelled to do,stick with it--even if you are not financially successful at it. if you don't you will never truly be happy with what you do in life.
