Love Never Forgotten : True Love

As he walked away, the image in Sarah’s head started getting smaller. She knew she was never going to see him again. She ran ahead to try to catch up with him, but it was too late. He had already boarded the plane, and the plane took off.
Sarah returned to the hotel, and she was depressed. She threw her jacket on her bed, and called her sister. “Anne, I can’t go through with this. I am going back to France in two days, and there is nothing you can do about it. My life has ended, and my love has left me, depressed, and heartbroken.” Sarah said. On the other side of the line, Anna was cooking dinner for her and her 3 kids, and she said, “Sarah don’t be depressed, there is other men in the world. You might even find “the one”, but who knows? You can’t read your own future, not even a psychic can.” “Okay, well I have to go now. I must book a flight back to France, and I want to leave as soon as I can, so that I can go back to work. Doesn’t look like I’ll be seeing him again. Bye”. Sarah said as she sounded like a homeless person, who couldn’t find himself. “Bye and will you come visit me before you leave?” Anne said. “Sure, I will visit, but meanwhile, I must go book a flight. Bye.” Sarah slammed the phone down, and it fell to the floor. She started going crazy and throwing fits. She had never been this depressed since her dad had died when she was 15.
“Hello? Is everything okay there?” a wondering neighbor asked. “Yes, everything is okay, I just don’t like the way things are going, and can you please leave?” Sarah said. “Actually I didn’t come to see if you were okay.” The neighbor said, as he entered the room.
“Sal?” Sarah said. “Is that you? I thought you left?” Sarah said, walking up to him. “No, I realized that I loved you, and I can not live without you, my love. You complete me like spaghetti and meat sauce.” Sal said, laughing. Sarah kisses him. “I thought I was going to loose you forever.” Sarah said.
They both go to a nice Italian restaurant. Sal pulls the chair back for Sarah, allowing her to sit down. He sits across from Sarah. Sarah picks up the menu and looks in it, while Sal thinks of what he’s going to say to Sarah. He is very nervous, but he thinks it is worth the nervousness. The waiter comes to the table and asks those two what they would like to order. “Ma’am what would you like to order tonight?” The waiter said, patiently. “I would like your best pasta” Sarah said. “Same here,” Sal said. The waiter left with the menus and the orders, and Sal pulled out some flowers and something that was thought of to be a sparkly diamond pearl ring. “Sarah, I know that I’ve only known you for less than four weeks, but I am pretty sure you are the one for me, and I think I want to ask you a question. Give me a straight out, flat out yes or no. Will you marry me?” Sal said, holding the ring in his left hand towards Sarah, and holding the flowers in his right hand. “O my goodness, Sal…You know what I am going to say to that. I love you with all of my heart, and I would never turn you down. You are very good-looking and you have an exquisite personality. I defiantly say, yes.” Sarah said, while she looks at the ring. “That’s Perfect. So, will you stay in Italy, or are you wanting to go back to France?” Sal said, wondering what to do. “I am not sure yet
