Kara Anne Brinkman: Because it let me into a world of imagination and creativity. It lets me live the thousands of lives I don't get to live

Kara Anne Brinkman: Since I was four years old

Kara Anne Brinkman: ten or eleven years

What is the best book you have ever read?
Kara Anne Brinkman: Gosh, there is so many that I can't pick one. I'd have to say that it is a three way tie between The Giver,, Titanic, and A Wrinkle in Time

Who is your favorite author?
Kara Anne Brinkman: Lois Lowry

What is the best story you have ever written?
Kara Anne Brinkman: I'm still pretty young, so I haven't developed to my full potential yet. Probably The Quints is the best one so far, but I'm sure I can do better.

What is some advice you would give new writers?
Kara Anne Brinkman: Being so young myself, it is hard to give good advice. I'd have to tell them to keep writer and don't listen to what people say about you not being a good writer. If you love to write, never stop!
