Why do you like writing?
Tami Anderson: I like the power to control what happens. When I write I forget about all my problems and just focus on the story.
When did you start writing and why?
Tami Anderson: When I was eleven and I had to write a story in 5th grade. It was about a puzzle and I've been writing ever since.
How long have you been writing?
Tami Anderson: 21 years
What is the best book you have ever read?
Tami Anderson: Christopher Pike Whisper of Death because it has so many twists and turns and it's so unreal. Plus the ending is excellent.
Who is your favorite author?
Tami Anderson: Christopher Pike. I grew up reading his books and I love that he doesn't censor teenagers lives. He tells it as it is.
What is the best story you have ever written?
Tami Anderson: Martin's Magic Trick
What is some advice you would give new writers?
Tami Anderson: Learn everything there is to know about spelling and grammar. Also don't just stick to one genre. If you write horror a lot, change it up once in a while and write a romance story or a comedy.
